Shipping policy

We ship out our orders with USPS, UPS,  DHL, and other premium shipping carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on the weight of the product and which shipping methods are available. Products with a lighter weight, may have a shipping time of 3-5 business days. Medium weight products may take up to 10-20 business days. While heavier products (4lbs and above) may take up to 30-40 days to reach its destination. As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods. Most of our product pages give an estimate of how long the product will take to reach it's destination within the product description.

Due to possible shipping setbacks and hold-ups, please allow a maximum of 30 days for your order to reach its destination. Please contact us at bassloudllc@gmail.com if you haven't received your item after 30 days.

Please note this excludes any processing/ handling times. If a product has processing/ handling times, it will be noted on the product page.

We recommend ordering prior to December 9th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.
