• How long will it take for my order to get to me?

    - Our products are shipped from China. Most orders reach their destination 18 to 24 business days after the order is processed.

For example, a customer makes an order on August 28th, we then process the order, and the customer can expect to receive their product on approximately September 22nd, or the next available business day.

In some cases the order may arrive sooner than expected. In other cases it may arrive later. If your order takes longer than 30 business days (Monday to Friday), please contact us at bassloudllc@gmail.com so we can see where your package is and resolve the issue. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

  • Can I track my order?

    - Yes. You can track your package on our website. Just scroll all the way to the bottom to the webpage footer and click "Order Tracking". From there you will be prompted to insert your tracking number or your order number and email/ phone number if the tracking number is not available.

  • I would like to get my order before Christmas, is it too late to order now?

    - Please keep in mind that most of our products take about 18 to 24 business days to reach their destination. We recommend that the order is placed the month before, or at least no later than December 4th. We are trying to bring better shipping methods to make faster shipping times available in the future.

  • Are there any perks to creating an account with Bass Loud?

    - Occasionally, we will send gifts to customers who have created an account with us and have purchased items from us recently. Moreover, customers with accounts will get discounts on newly added products and limited-time products.

  • Why is this store called Bass Loud?

    - The "Bass" in Bass Loud refers the bass in a subwoofer, not a bass, --as in the fish. Pronounced like 'base', bass and base are homophones (words that sound the same but are different in meaning and spelling). So "Bass Loud" is referring to sound bass and low audio frequencies.
